RE:RE:RE:Cant believe it went through

RE:RE:RE:Cant believe it went through I'll agree with you that the world is screwed in favour of the wealthiest and that is a huge problem.

I personally wouldn't mind living in an ubber capitalist society where I think I could thrive, or even in well organized communist (for the people and not the elite) society, where we could all focus on maximizing the well being of everyone with mechanised labour and tech, meanwhile we could enjoy life a lot more (Zeitgist movement type).

I think the problem for the middle class is our socialist system where the middle class is increasingly taxed into povrety as wages are stagnant. You get all the pressure of having to succeed of capitalism and have to redistribute a huge amount of that with everyone else without enjoyed the stress free lifestyle of communism. Hence, making you a slave.

Without getting into politics to change the world, I've NEVER EVER voted for a party that got elected, but rather, I've always voted for alternative parties that everyone ignores. Unfortunately, everyone else votes for the same dumb parties that keep the status quo. 97% of people out there are willing slaves to the system and are just too self focused to even look at the bigger picture.

The big enemy, for me, is the banking system that create money out of nothing to enslave the rest into debt. Increasing unaffordability, lacking opportunities, taxation by any means is just tools that the government will use to collude with the banks to keep the system as is.

Are you familiar with the case of COMER vs the Bank of Canada?? If not, you should really look it up... It's just insane how Pierre-Elliot Trudeau royaly shafted every future generations of Canadian, and yet we see him as a hero and elect his son... WOW.

Honestly, I've come to terms with the fact that people are just too stupid to demand something else. We talk a lot about the environment currently and people demand change, like sheep. The only solution the governement will give them is more taxation, making the situation worse.  They'll package it as a "for the people" solution and disguse the true nature of the measures, like everything else, but it'll come down to another tax on the people or an increased cost of life.

Frankly, I wouldn't mind putting some energy into changing the system if some movements were in motion, but I will not be the secluded crazy dude that everyone ignores and mocks. Looking in the mirror, I see my face. Someone who doesn't buy into the same bullS as the rest, but that's too small to change things.

Having came to terms with the fact that things aren't about to change, I do my best to try and do well for my family and I. This means taking advantage of situations such as this one when it arises. If I had the means to make my own deals, like Pala, I would!! Without hesitation!!

For what it's worth, I'm not sure how you take a leap from this situation to genocide, slavery and racism. I get that you feel taken advantage of, but they are just not in the same realm.

In any case, my point is simply that you have no choice but to accept the situation with your investment. You also have to realize that you can't know what the future holds. Maybe the next 4 years will be a heavy downturn in the markets where your 3.5$ KBLT share would turn into 50c a piece. In which case you'll be taking the lord that you got 6$/share without even knowing it.

My only advice was to take your situation, as is now, and find better opportunities. If you spend loads of energy fighting reality, you are just hurting yourself. Frankly, at this point, I've spent lots of energy myself trying to make you see this... Not sure why, maybe because I can relate to the feeling you have of injustice and anger towards the system... A younger version of me used to be that way also. I still feel that way, but I don't let it get to me anymore.

I strongly disagree with your viewpoint. That is like saying, people need to accept genocide. This is not democracy it is capitalism, which is right up there with communism. It is a way for the 0.1% to take advantage of the 99.9%. Taking away opportunities for the mass population to join in prosperity. Your weak viewpoint of accepting marginalization is support colonialism, which started off as genocide, slavery and racism. You should be ashamed of your comments and should take a long hard look in the mirror. Everyone should get a fair chance to share in wealth generation. It should not be screwed in favour of the already uber wealthy. If anything it should be screwed in favour of those trying to join the middle class.
