RE:RE:Drill fencesI think BILLMINER's description is correct.. it is common practice in drilling because they have to build a platform to mount the drill on and that has to be secure and able to withstand the drilling so it takes some construction.. and then rather than drill one hole from one platform and then move on and have to build another one just for one hole they drill several holes from one platform in different directions.. kind of obvious if you think about it.. I haven't heard of this being called a fence before so I may be wrong as this is not hill country they may have mobile drill mounted on a heavy duty vehicle? Not sure but I am familiar with the practice of several holes from a single platform.. that's the way understood it.
