We're hypothetically talking hostile takeover though. Would be dumb to attempt with Tud, won't work. Tuo is a no brainer and there's nothing to prevent them from succeeding. Dino and Barry have left shareholders wide open for a cash/stock option and putting TC at risk via the backdoor because they can't get the stock to where it should be.
