RE:The costs of mining this high grade ore body is outThe cost of producing (per ounce) is not relative, but has an inverse effect when you produce more ounces. The last report on all in sustaining costs (AISC) Was exaggerated negatively because of low production numbers at the time, drilling/exploration costs, plus some cost for feasibility studies. If this company focuses on being a gold producer, it should produce 90-100 thousand ounces per year, not including bonanza finds. If this consistency can be achieved as in their last quarter, their AISC should easily be below $1000 US, this isn’t rocket science, people have been doing this for a couple of centuries and progressed dramatically in that time....no one needs to re-invent anything here. Not sure why this stock hasn’t moved up with other gold producers and their stock price seems to be well below asset values. I could see a 40 to 50 million per year profit scenario at some point, 8 cents per share profit should easily have this stock around the $1.00 price. Hoping they hit another chunk as they prove out the Father’s Day vein area, that too would help their AISC. Good luck to all, IMO.
