@sogosohubidu The real issue is whether the Mutoshi processing plant will increase artisanal mining. It may just take artisanal ore supplies away from other processors. To the extent that artisanal miners are lured to work on Chemaf properties instead of properties owned by Glencore or China Moly, the impact may well be a wash. This is not a big deal.
