Let me guess.  More dillution or worse financing terms for the Investors?

The market sure can't wait for this "BIG NEWS"... In fact, everyone's so excited that they're giving up their shares for never before seen lows!  Awful nice of them!  SoCal, you must be so pumped, Westleaf's trading at 20 cents lower than your proclaimed "hot price", or "hot steal" valuations!!  What a deal for you!  Wow!
