Pipestone Energy has a December 31 year end.

Quaterly financial statements must be filed within 60 days for the quarterly reporting date.  Pipestone's financial statements for the six months ended September 30, 2019 must be SEDAR filed (disseminated to the public) no later than November 29, 2019.

Year end financial statements must be SEDAR filed within 120 days after the year end reporting date.
