Who’s defining what the difference is between a clan, a tribe, or a nation? To some, they are interchangeable. Probably worse in China. Irrelevant here.

Thanks for the history lesson.. appreciate the information and I realize that my comment was a bit general regarding the "nomadic" reference.

The whole point of my topic is the "NATION" status as interpreted... so from those that have commented I glean from this banter that as long as you existed whether nomadic or stationary you were a nation... if that's the case all tribes and factions or groups throughout the world are "NATIONS". The tribes that currently exist in the amazon are "Nations" too. The Houti's, Kurds, Suni's and every other tribe that existed in the world are in effect nations.?

Right..?
