I see the patent from McMaster has finally was issued.I am wondering why after all this time, Patriot One does not have the patent assigned to them. Martin referred to "additional patents as we further advance in our own proprietary development "As such is there other patents Patriot one has licensed that  I am not seeing on the website?
Also the FCC allowed for only a large floor and wall scanner and police and law enforcement use only; will that now change?I am told the frequencies Patriot One are using are problematic; can you respond to that?
Sincerely
Kevin Garski
I had asked Natalia Niklova for her comments and she also told me to contact Patriot One directly

Can you confirm a change in the website See: https://patriot1tech.com/solutions/patscan-cmr/
Towards the bottom of the page it says "APPROVALS... IC: 22739-CMR (Approved), CE, FCC, UL (in progress)"
Is the company now in the process  of getting a new FCC license for PATSCAN?
If not,  was that D-wall imaging FCC approval granted for PATSCAN use  back in 2017?

At this point today, can you point PATSCAN[CMR] in public using the FCC license to radiate people in a public place. Yes or no?
In Las Vegas could you go to any street with the public and radiate people using PATSCAN[CMR]?   Yes or No?
In Canada, is this a screening technology? Can you point it at people (in Canada) and radiate people with PATSCAN[CMR]?  Yes or No?

I WAS WRONG I read here about the FCC certifications. I now see that they do have "The TCB will send you a Grant of Equipment Authorization, which allows you to legally market and sell your product in the U.S."
However, if you read the whole document, FCC is certifying the "d" wall scanner which is not the security screening apparatus we have all been waiting for them to roll out. This would imply PATSCAN CMR is not certified. If so what will they roll-out ?

ps  Still no response from the company [refers to Patriot One]

I wrote an article In May outlining my concerns; I attached the article to the email below and ask that Patriot One respond in writing so that I can share the answers with all shareholders...

I have attached the article I told you I was working on I have given you the questons to repond to and you have kindly
called a couple times sorry I was not quick enough to get to the phone.
You have my cel number but at this point I would prefer you answer the questions in writing so there is not confusion
when I prepare the end of the article conclusions.
Have a  great long  weekend
Kevin Garski

Instead , during the long weekend, the Tailwinds article appears  which attempts to answer the questions I ask about the wall scanner ( they confirm) ; the FCC issues (they confirm) This question needs to be answered "However, if you read the whole document, FCC is certifying the "d" wall scanner which is not the security screening apparatus we have all been waiting for them to roll out. This would imply PATSCAN CMR is not certified. If so what will they roll-out?"

Q&A with Patriot One’s CEO Martin Cronin

Subject: John, still waiting for  an answer...

John, I have been waiting for an answer to my question in regards to PATSCAN CMR ; please get an answer for my from the company; I have Cc  Martin Cronin as well
"At this point today, can you point PATSCAN CMR (whatever version)  in public using the FCC license to radiate people in a public place. Yes or no?

Eventually, I did a google search "FCC PATRIOT ONE" AND WAS SHOCKED TO FIND  the request for waiver and experiment  appears confirming that the company was in fact asking the FCC for a new license for CMR knowing full well the frequencies they were requesting to test on  inferfer with several frequencies already allocated to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the like. Then, in early June I sent an email to the FCC outining my concerns. The problem is I sent it to the wrong department. The hotline is not the place  to sent that email. Oct 7th, I  sent it to the right place, here:
https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us .  I also sent  questions to PAT lawyer Ms.Frappier  asking why PAT was only requestiing a waiver now after PAT one made it clear the device PATSCAN CMR was already in use and I show multiple occasions where PAT shows  the device being used publically or was that just a fancy demonstration (I ask).  I never got a response from Ms. Frappier. SO I asked Chief Plummer of UND and the adinistration at UND if they were aware the device was restircted use only. The University actually responded  saying "The UND Police Department holds a license issued by the Federal Communications Commission’s Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau to operate a transmitter in the Public Safety Radio Pool as required." They went  further saying "He is unaware of the additional Patriot One Technologies wavier requests to the FCC as this is outside of our testing requirements with version one of the PATSCAN CMR and we are only testing within the original parameters."  SO UND was unaware of the waier request by fully aware of the V 1/2 issues - thats very interesting. In a followup email I made UND fully aware that if they were actually using the deviceon human beings to my knowledge its never been tested or approved for use on human beings- it was the only reasonable thing to do as i would not want to see people injured as a result of using the device.
I also reached out to the Westgate Hotel people and got no response.
