RE:RE:Alias

RE:RE:AliasYou say all this like its new info? Been here since 2017 as well. A financing if it comes in 6 to 9 months doesn't bother me a bit. Other opportunities and events will take place before that happens and the SP will be much higher. Since you bought in again as well it must not bother you either. So posting things that may or may not happen in 9 months is a moot point. No concerns here. Exciting months to come for sure. If SP stays depressed unrationally and undeservedly, then i will be topping up my sharecount and gladly add under .30. Good luck Alias.

You are clearly missing the signs if you think they have sufficient cash on hand. Per today's NR, profitability will not be achieved until all facilities are fully operational - looking at 6-9 months before hemp lab comes into the fold. Given the previous 2Q's burn rate, they have 3Q's of operational cash before that runway disappears. That's assuming opex/capex remains constant - which, given their build out phase, it won't. $13+ m of that $18.6 came from the sale/leaseback transaction. $4.5 from Rosen. Why do you think they wanted to convert debenture interest payments to shares vs cash? Cash flow is a real problem on the near term horizon. Even if they manage to achieve profitability before that runway falls out, it will be nowhere near the magnitude required to sustain further buildout into Arizona, NY or Canada. You clearly struggle with understanding the corporate position. A subsequent financing through the market (or back-door friends) is imminent here.

Kinda bummed i didnt have cash to average down more low .20s. I will in a few weeks but will be just fine if it goes up too. 150,000 shares. My earliest partial exit will be .70 then happy to hold till $1 + but i think these guys can take it much higher executing thier longterm plan and having lots of cash on hand. GLTA
