RE:This is my lawyer's opinion about the claims issueJuan, can you truly see Holmes and Co. make the same mitakes over and over agian by not having the right attorneys who specialize in these forms of appeals?

If so I am at a loss.

They need to find the best of the best in legal help with Peru laws and appeals. Your attorney sounds very educated in these matters but I am confused that you need to send his thoughts to the PLU team? This should all be thought out in advance. Sigh....
