Wondering if Eve will be a take-over candidate
Wondering if Eve will be a take-over candidateUsually when a stock slides to it's lows, then other companies start do the stats on it. Years ago for junior oils, it was the amount of proven oil reserves that triggered a take over.
With MJ stocks, I am thinkig about the square footage of growth for the plants besides, processing rooms, etc. Now with Eve with 1M sq ft and foreign contracts coming on stream, it might or have already the attention of other bigger companies.
Eve does not have a large float that makes it more appealing for a take over. .
I have been in these situations where you hang in through thick and thin and just beginning to see the light at the end of the tunnel, when a company comes along and takes it away. Maybe you broke even or got a small increase, but the big reward you were looking for just vanished.
I had one small oil company who had a great lease in Iraq. However, management kept delaying the drilling until they no longer had enough money to drill their first well. The former BP head in his new compnay bought it out for next to nothing and did they find a great oil field there. You look back at this and think, it could have been.
