The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

The sector really has mainly retail investors and it needs institutional investors. Have listened to several analysts from various firms say they will not invest in the sector till it shows a few things:
1) Another few quarters of revenue growth
2) Demonstrated profitability
3) Acceptance of Cannabis on a more "global" scale (U.S. really).
