continuing" ; Means continous blood glucose monitoring since the initial 30 days which would put it close to 6 months now. It is highly unlikely that the cells would be dying - otherwise how would insulin levels be continoulsy being produced dduring fasting and at meal times. Viacycte's trial is ambigous with sketchy results. I agree more data has to be seen to make a fair assessment.
