RE:RE:RE:RE:HC license
Looks to me like Rocky Mountain submitted their initial package on July 10th. They then received a reply from Health Canada requesting further information and responded to that request on August 27th. Health Canada then issued them the license around October 11th.
So there may be an extra step along the way if Agra has to respond and submit additional information to Health Canada before getting the final license. On one hand, it's a big facility so additional questions are likely. But conversely, the package has been professionally put together and with all the upgrades to the facility, it may be approved as is.
We will see. Either way, verification from Health Canada is the greatest affirmation that they can recieve as it is outside evidence of all the work that has been done to date.
