RE:Interesting investment phenomena - declining return ratio?

RE:Interesting investment phenomena - declining return ratio?I guess I just got stuck on that figure of 18 cents. I nearly always pick a price to buy and a price to sell a stock for one reason or another and if that price becomes attainable I generally act on it. To be honest though this stock has me a little flummoxed. I'm really not sure anymore if it's a risky bet or a screaming bargain or somewhere in between. As I've posted before, my worst play ever was on a big mining project in Brazil (Canadian owned) that I owned for 4-5 years that went bust just as production was about to begin. Hopefully NCU can make it out of the gate.
