However, the latest NFORCED implies that PATSCAN CMR has such alow RF exposure on humans thats its vertually harmless. Although the frequencies used interfer with assigned frequerncy holders, lets say PAT eventually gets the waivers required (wishfull thinking in my view) , how can the FCC require the device to be resticted, if Natalia and hense PAT is saying there is no need for it to be restricted to emergency personnel, fire or rescue?
