Supply Demand dynamics for November 2019Does anyone know if Westcoast is expected to return to full capacity for November 1, winter heating season?   I think it’s currently still constrained for testing/maintenance.   The website said a forecast of capacity would be announced at bidweek.  If full capacity, this is another huge positive for AECO and station 2 Winter pricing.
