RE:Platreef Only

RE:Platreef OnlyNon-accountant here but this is how I would adjust these numbers:

1. Looks like Enero forgot to actually deduct the 167 million cash cost from the 635 million in revenue so make it 468 million.

2. Ni and Cu credits are already integrated into the $350 cash cost per ounce of 3 PGM + Au so strike the 150 million included below. (Quote from news release "Platreef is projected to have a cash cost of US$351 per ounce of 3PE+Au, net of nickel and copper by-products, and including sustaining capital costs.")

3. Good to be conservative but Rh at $1980 is too low. Add another $50 million for Rh at $5000 so $518 million.

4. If Pt gets to just $1250 add another $75 million and we get close to $600 million. Another $50 million if Pt is at $1500 and  we know RSA production will decline sharply in coming years.

Increases in metals prices accrue directly to the bottom line, just a sweet reality of mining. Suffice to say Platreef will be contributing some $600 million USD in cash flow when it gets to 4Mtpa processing.

Average initial annual production of approx. :

Palladium : 219,000 oz  X  1,700.00 oz  =   372 million
Platinum   : 214,000 oz  X     900.00 oz  =   192 million
Gold          :   30,000 oz  X   1,480.00 oz  =    44 million
Rhodium   :   14,000 oz  X    1,980.00 oz  =   27 million
                                                                     ===========
                                                        total  :     635 million
 Cost of approx.  477,000 oz of 3Pe+Au  :    (167 million)
                                                                    ============
                     Net Profit before expenses  :   635 million / year

Then, you got :

NICKEL     :  21 million Lbs  X  7.70 Lb  =  161 million
COPPER   : 13 million Lbs   X  2.60 Lb  =    33 million
                                                                  ============
                                                   TOTAL :    194  million
 guessing a cost of (just to round it up) :     ( 44 million )
                                                                   ============
               Profit before expenses :               150 million

635 million + 150 million =  785 million / year

AT CURRENT PRICES.

NOT TOO BAD FOR ONLY ONE MINE,  BUT THE CREAM OF THE CROP

IS  KAMOA-KAKULA.

HOW MUCH MONEY WILL KAMOA-KAKULA  WILL GENERATE ?

PLATREEF ITSELF, IS WORTH TODAY'S  SHARE PRICE.
