ARX wants to move up but keeps getting pushed down, either bank to bank/individual selling to themself/ves. winter is coming and arx sp will move up shortly. back to 6-7 Sp. thats if only if.....
they stop manipulating....

i got in this morning. i have no doubt it will rebound :) just look at the 13-48.5 days ema expo a break out will happen soon.
