Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Irwin Simin-Pseudointetectual

RE:Irwin Simin-PseudointetectualI actually agree with this and I'm the biggest Aphria bull there is. A JV is a NECESSITY at this point or the shorts are going to drive this so low a hostile takeover will occur and they will get this company for $7. I know they are concentrated on building a solid company which is great, but Aphria needs to be associated with a big name. Not saying an equity deal but at least a JV. There is a major short campaign underway on Aphria right now by Wall Street hedge funds. Someone has made it a mission to take this company down, Aphria needs to fight back here or they will literally lose the company.

Aphria board of directors killing the shareholders, wealth.
