Yes sir!! A set up is exactly what this is. We have no vote. They will do what they want.

So if you vote NO to an 8/1 reverse split they will either conveniently bury it somehow or ignore it.

They are just going through the minimal motions to keep it legal but in the end they walk away with outr money.
