Thanks but sorry you put it very general with no detail and reference. This is useless and does not help anybody other than the stock bashers. If you are serious for each topic describe the case with details and supportive documents assuming your audience does not have any background. Otherwise this only sound as nagging and nobody willing to answer.

for example:

1. What do you mean with massive bonouses. How is it compared with the bonuses of CEO's of similar companies based on data and not just personal opinion.

2. Why do you think Jeff Yepp is not appropriate for his position?

3. How much GLH paid for BMF? How much is annual revenue of BMF? How much dilution is done for this? All need references to financial statements and other documents.
