The stock is .36 above its 50 day moving average, and .46 above its 200 day moving average. Other than that, perhaps there's a fear that the general trend towards lower interest rates in most developed countries, and several of them already having real negative interest rates might mean that Canadian banks will also have a harder time making money and maintaining their dividends? Just speculation on my part.
