RE:RE:WAY OVER PRICEYou're absolutely right. Started buying this stock @$3.00+ despite the low dividend. I had a good feeling about it and have been buying more on its way up. Now holding close to 18,000 shares with a paper profit of almost $200,000.00. It may be a bit overpriced right now, hence the correction, which could be also be due to year end profit taking. It is definitely my rockstar, along with AQN and NVU. I can see a potential take over of IIP.UN down the road, at a good premium to market. Very well run company and high demand for rental apartments makes it almsot recession proof, though sensitive to higher interest rates. I also own KMP.UN and MRG.UN which have also performed admirably over the past 5-10 years. Happy trading.
