RE:RE:8 for 1 ... 8 x 0.02 ¢ = 0.16 ¢ and then goes up to $2.00There are a few reasons
1. Tax Loss Selling Some of us made money on other investments and seeing how the executive ( and I use that term facetiously) ) have decided they can not milk any more money out of this format are going to start over and burn the original investors
2. They will do exactly the same in the new format as it is there goal ( IMO) and new investors like we were will get taken
3. Just to be clear. It will take about 60 days or less to be right back at this stock price after the 8/1 reverse split.
4. If they have/perceive new contracts on the horizon of significance and wanted to build they would run it through this existing shell. That woild not conform to their long range plan.
5. The deals made to get them this far (IMO) they want to distance themselves from . They either unwittingly cut deals that would not or could not succeed. They cut short term deals for short term gains. They cut deals to perpetuate the significance of this shell.
If they stay in this company they run risk of significant exposure and difficulty.
