You say this is going to spike.  Now you are inferring there are numbers that are more important the posted below and infer they indicate negative results. Then spout about INDEFINITE permit delays, if the situation is as bad as you say, then you may hold this stock forever. 

Seems like a BB observer had to make a point, Cush seems to have a lot of growing exp, he refutes your estimtes on yield for facility. Your questions are geared for a response that would suit your argument.
