Interesting to read the polarized posting here over the past weeks re if so and so becomes PM...SP will tank, Moving from AB to ???, CDN economy will tank/explode higher etc, etc.

looking at US news, CDN election wasn't even a blip on their radar.

Some posters opine that a Republic of Alberta would be better received in Washington than the PM of Canada, trying to sell oil. Really? What are you smoking? The USA has become an energy exporter.

So who's predictions actually came true? anyones?

other than the ones that predicted Scheer can't move beyond his base...nah, didn't read that here.

so my takeaway is....most posters here are as clueless about investing as they are about speculating about Federal politics.
