RE:RE:RE:Musings on upcoming Q3 Financials, and a potential offerMultioz it is interesting none of the Piggies will answer your questions or rebut your points. I think it is because they know it is true. One thing is for sure, Merlin is has no idea!
Where does the 6Moz of resources come from? Seeing only a 2Moz resource (10 years old, mostly Inferred, and not done to an industry standard), Then rushed into production pre-scoping study(?) to avoid insolvency? Looks like it's been successful in a bid for solvency with cash flow from small scale shallow extraction, but no reserves generated to add value in the market, and Increasing Production? where is that announced?
Can a mine with no mine plan or reserves on the books triple its output? With what must currently be substantial trucking costs for processing material and a govenrment working towards more than doubling fuel prices. Is tripling the number of heavy trucks on the roads in Ecuador a sustainable mining strategy? (if Core Gold had the money to buy them?) The promise of increasing tonnes from Core Gold looks like an old one, but delivering only increasing costs from what I suspect is a deepening pit, increasing strip ratio, and an ageing plant? tough to get a read on all-in sustaining costs based on information avaialble. More tonnes does not always relate to lower costs - Hence the need for feasibility studies to optimise mine plans and generate reserves.
If any future drilling and resource growth is on the back of expecting to slowly triple mine production from a remote mine site and banking on $1600 gold for incrementally increasing cash flow over time - Not sure it's a business strategy that provides any medium term increase in share price.
