Similar to the wineries now...have visited many in Napa Valley and Niagara and Prince Edward County...many now grow a percentage of their grapes, but they also purchase from other growers to utilize in their various brands. The brand is the important thing and the grapes are a commodity to be bought based on the quality and varietal required.
This industry will likely be similar.
