RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is TITAN our SAVIOR overpaying? they should reduce the bid!I own a nice slice of Core actually. I have bought consistently since the announcement that Titan was bidding. 
But it is worth noting Titan currently own US$2.5m of secured debt in us plus outstanding interest. Probably another US$500k. They have invested US$3m cash in stock into us. Based on those numbers that is 25% of our current market cap if coverted into equity. So if they are worth zero then we are in all sorts as they will fire sale us. The last I looked they have $8m in cash.  
Anyone who has cash and can get cash is the King maker. So yep again, happy to back them in with my stock. In fact i reckon I probably own more of Core than you...?
