StealthctWatch what happens when LABS breaks $5.00 and holds above that. The market is looking for someone to break out. 

Stocks like TGOD and VGW struggling makes investors worry about how the CBD world is doing. 
I'm looking for LABS and NEPT to break out and hold. 

OILS will follow . They are doing everything right so far. They just need this universe to firm up.
