why in heavens name is it taking so long for the market to "wake up" to this company? i've seen it drop from the mid 0.40s to even under 0.20 sometimes in just 7 weeks!

i know that some say it's because of shorters, and some say it's because of the debentures, and some say it's the whole market, and some say it's because revenue is needed, and some say it's because of licensing, and some say it's undervalued, and i'm sure i'm forgetting other explanations.

this company gives me some pleasant feelings but then i see the share price and how it has declined and i don't know what to feel. this bonify news sounds important to me but other investors must not agree because the price has moved so slightly today.
