It did increase, need to investigate why. There are a lot of things that get recorded as short positions that are not actually short sell orders. I am not fond of this report as I cannot tell what short positions they are: Debentures,short sell orders etc?. It's a f u king black box. Needless to say I think IIROC should itemize exactly what these shorts are for each company.
