RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Help me understand Basher Ytinasni,
WHAT PART OF THE TURN AROUND AT EL VALLE DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND? HERE WE HAVE CEO "HONEST ABE" JUAN GAVIDIA REPORTING THE RETURN TO PROFITABILITY OF ORVANA AND YOU DON'T BELIEVE IT? Why don't we look at the production numbers and translate them to revenue:
Don Mario 5900 ounces of gold at $1500 USD = $8,850,000 USD
Orovalle 8850 ounces of gold silver dore at $1500 USD = $14,304,000 USD (includes 37,000 ounces of silver at $18 USD/oz)
Orovalle 1,128,000 pounds of copper in copper concentrate containing 37,000 ounces of silver and 8850 ounces of gold with silver value at $18 USD per ounce and gold credit at $1245 USD/ounce = $13,723,000 USD
Orovalle Q4 estimated revenue based on production is $28 million USD, and in fiscal Q2 Orovalle had revenue of $23.271 million USD and a profit of $4 million USD.
IMHO, the Q4 profit at Orovalle should be enough to offset any loss at Don Mario and the cost of corporate overhead in Toronto.
Total fiscal Q4 2019 revenue $36,877,000 based on sale of production with no inventory sold
Add fiscal Q3 2019 revenue of $30,831,000 USD.
Add fiscal Q2 2019 revenue of $36,013,000 USD.
Add fiscal Q1 2019 revenue of $36,318,000 USD.
Grand total fiscal 2019 revenue $ 140,000,000 USD, so with $6 million in finished goods in
inventory, the mid point of my sales based revenue estimate is $143 million USD, so quess
what?
HONEST ABE Juan Gavidia gets to report record 2019 Revenue!

As of Q3 year to date, Orovalle reported a profit of $3.188 million USD. Based on the Q4 production report,
Orvana's production translates into $140 million USD in revenue, and a gross margin of at least
$5.6 million US dollars for FY 2019. Orvana had over $ 6 million USD in gold dore and copper concentrate
in inventory at the end of Q3, so if they sold only half their inventory plus their Q4 production, Juan Gavidia
will be able to report record revenue, and a PROFIT for the first time in many years in December.
