Yes indeed.

There is potentially a 50M-100M$ payout from Rogers/Bell/Telus case on top of the 50M-100M$ payout from LG and ofcourse all eyes on the big prize i.e. Apple (150M$ first round and another 150M$ for the second round on iPhones 6 and up...hopefully a one time 250M$ settlement can get done in January and everybody leaves the table happy).

I wouldn't be surprised if we get taken out for 5$+ a share by middle of next year. Perhaps Parker? After all, he is VP of acquisitions again at Opentext and that's what VP of acquisitions do to keep their job and nobody knows QTRH better than he does.
