What will happen next?

Why doesn't anyone know what happened; they were supposed to release the financials at the meeting; they should have made money last quarter. If the vote was no, which it probably is, they should resume trading on Monday. Are the shares that are selling over the counter valued as real shares? I have waited too long for an answer. Does anybody have any hypotheticals that they can share with us?
