RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Rea Ventures. Yes if Rea Ventures trades shares they still have to file until they drop below 5% of the outstanding shares of the company. It just happened at that date Rea Ventures dropped below the 10% threshold and was no longer considered an insider by sec rules. Have you seen any filling of sales by Rea Ventures since that date I haven't therefore we must assume no trades happened and Rea Ventures still owns the same amount of shares.
