Which lender bailed on CST?

Which lender bailed on CST?From this article, they had only one lender: Canada Economic Development. They also received support from SDTC (grant) and Fonds Vert (not specified) but CED is the only one referred to in this article as "lender". Manherz contributed $500k I think (not mentioned)? And about $400k combined came from RFP and ST according to the 2016 announcement. Assuming that's all correct and there were no other lenders, it was CED who bailed and in that case shame on CED. It's so sad to see this company in this situation because of a <$3m overrun on a technology that would indeed contribute to economic development in quebec. instead, $80m of investments made over 20 years could leave assets that get gobbled up for pennies. https://www.greenhousecanada.com/news/carbon-capture-unit-to-divert-co2-to-greenhouse-32941 overrun="" on="" a="" technology="" that="" would="" indeed="" contribute="" to="" economic="" development="" in="" quebec.="" instead,="" $80m="" of="" investments="" made="" over="" 20="" years="" could="" leave="" assets="" that="" get="" gobbled="" up="" for="" pennies.="">
