Didn't SIMBA go thru this a few yrs ago. They failed to file the qtrly financials on time and got halted for mths until they did file. The TSX is very stringent about this activity. I'm sure after Oct 28 they will get halted and then  they will have to go thru a review  and it cost's  $thousands in fines and fees after they do manage to file to get reinstated for trading and they don't hve any money  They're going to have to find a deep pocketed investor and thats not going to be easy. The micro exploration resource sector is basicaly non existent at this time. No money for new exploration in Cda. much less in Africa. 
A new miiracle is needed cause the old miracle of Essel turned out to be a dud.
