Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:Why the 2% NSR is a brilliant move

RE:Why the 2% NSR is a brilliant moveYou will see the big banks ready to increase line of credit for several majors. The buy out could be $5 billion plus to surpass diamond field resources of $4 billion. Say 40 million oz of gold @ 2%, average $3000/oz (use Jim dines) that is $2.4 billion net cash inflows or $48/share as dividend. Plus buyout price per john Kaiser $100/share. The current sharehold should receive $148/share. Current trading price of $7/share is like a garage sale, the sellers have no idea how to realize a value.
