RE:RE:RE:RE:New presentation

RE:RE:RE:RE:New presentationCominco days vs now (Guidance to proper due dilligence)
  • Avg grade Cominco mined was about 10%, nowadays with the use of new technologies enabled by exceptional concentrates we expect to feed the mill with similar grades and better (A mined grade of 5% ZnEq would be upgraded to a head grade of 12-15% ZnEq in an open pit context); 30+ years ago the mined grade was used as the head grade leading me to my next point,
  • Better grades have a direct positive impact on capex and opex (Estimated 40% reduction in mill size and lowered transportation cost, roughly 60% less haulage + we would benefit from existing infrastructure worth approx. $200 million - All visible on google maps)
  • Better zinc price environment: 30-50 cents per lbs vs $1.15 per lbs today
  • Water is not material risk, it's a manageable variable (64Mt has been mined at the camp) Osisko plans to get a better hydrogeological understanding to improve pumping costs and potentially consider mining in areas Cominco would have historically ignored
  • World class deposit: AGG also new technology can potentially help us identify more, combined with Lidar surveying and 3D modelling, upside potential at Pine Point remains very favorable. First drill results demonstrated a good start and I surely will be following closely this exciting exploration campaign
  • The management: Certainly one of the best groups out there, known to creating value for investors. Solid share structure, insiders have been net buyers, Bob Wares alone holding 17.5 million shares, OSK and OR owning about 25 million shares, followed by support from other funds
