RE:Thamtham
I really like their strategy. They remind me a lot of my company. Risk assessment is really a big part of any business, and while risk aversion is never realistic, risk mitigation definitely is. Their acquisitions and their decision-making evolved over time made sure of that.

At the beginning, PSC was for propagation only. Then no, just propagation alone wasn't wise, don't forget about flowering also. Then the rest.

From being so reliant on external entities that they have little or no control over that could impact their business big time, they're now in control of their own destiny. I'm not going to list out but many benefits of being grower and supplier of own business ventures. Many are just one or the other, why some are having issues big time. If you're just b2b supplier and some client messed up, or you're a client and your supplier messed up, etc., can really hurt your business and bottomline.

Then of course with their diversified portfolio, they have options based on what's hot and what not and prioritize accordingly. So much potential and so little excuse for failure. Needless to say, I have high expectations and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
