My conservative Q4 AISC estimation.
My conservative Q4 AISC estimation.1200 USD AISC includes the low end of mill cost savings of 16 USD/t (https://ceo.ca/rnx?a78a5ab7d272). Q3 24216 oz also excludes Coarse Gold inventory possibly sold https://cdn.ceo.ca.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/1epuppi-inventory%20Q2.png. AISC costs have probably been lowered by HGO and Beta Hunt synergies. I believe the projected production and AISC guidance numbers are strategically lowered in order to beat them.
Q4 company projection (https://ceo.ca/@newswire/rnc-minerals-provides-production-and-cost-guidance):
42000 (half year low end) - 24216 (Q3) = 17784 OZ
49000 (half year high end) - 24216 (Q3) = 24784 OZ
Q4 I project the 8000 OZ per month run rate. Paul Huet, September 26th 2019: « We're on a very good run rate here at the eight thousand ounces per month already (https://ceo.ca/@pierreg01599501?ce31d31e1153).
Coarse Gold cost as per Hannes Huster 100 USD-150 USD: https://ceo.ca/rnx?77b985b50d1d
My conservative Q4 AISC estimation.
(24000 OZ * 1200 USD) + (1750 * 150) + (3200 *150) = 28,800,000 + 262,500 + 480,000 = 29,542,500 & (29,542,500 / 28,950 OZ) = 1020 USD AISC per ounce.
