RE:RE:RE:I am worried, so should you.
That's how you think or want it to work but that's not how it works. That is essentially just borrowing to enhance their valuation. You can go to a bank and get a billion dollar loan but your net worth is still zero.
If SOW investors that will get their AGRA shares think SOW's valuation is worth half of AGRA's valuation, be my guest and buy more to drive the price up. But don't try to mislead new investors to do that for them, which I have seen some do on social media. Especially when it's still muddled as heck, even I'm annoyed. I wish the shareholders get those shares that they deserved, since I knew some that sold all of their AGRA holdings for that deal.
Anyway, can't have it both ways. If SOW's valuation was to be 50% of AGRA's, you know how much the SP will be to properly reflect that right? We're talking 4x AGRA's SP right now. As long as people think the shares will get distributed like claimed, will be trading somewhere in this range or a bit higher, where it reflects the potential 40 something M of AGRA's that SOW has left. It would go higher if AGRA's MC go higher. I don't think many would risk with their pants down when the shares get distributed.
