I emailed sam and thats exactly what he said

"We are hopeful that HC will finally address our more efficient dissolving CO2 technology delivery system with wording that comforts LPs. 
 
Both HC and numerous LPs are quite aware of our more efficient CO2 delivery system.
 
HC is silent on CO2 gassing and as long as water is potable silent on the composition of water. We simply blend both. That's it. 
 
The vast majority of our sales efforts are in the US where we have retained two more US greenhouse consultants and potential Ag partners in California.
