Any Canadian update.Today my wife finally got to see a derm here in Toronto after almost 2 months of waiting. After looking at her moles the dermatologist said she was not sure about the mole and would send a biopsy away for testing. After she was stitched up, my wife asked if she heard or seen anything about Siascopy and about Medx. Interesting her response to the question was “only a trained dermatologist would be able to assess based on the patient being present and then being able to diagnose correctly.” Also she said”IT HAS NOT BEEN APPROVED IN CANADA”
i was understanding we had regulatory approval, but Medx was just not actively trying to market their product in Canada.
so sad we have a Canadian company with amazing hope for treatment of skin cancer, and Canadian patients have to wait. My hope the the results come back negative like the last four. So frustrating to know about something and not being able to get help. So like our health system..
i guess the next time my wife sees something we will have to go to Brazil.
