Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund is a Canada-based company that operates a diversified business providing industrial chemicals and services to customers in North America and around the world. The Company's segments include Sulphur and Water Chemicals (SWC), and Electrochemicals (EC). SWC segment markets, removes and/or produces merchant, Regen and sulphuric acid, sodium hydrosulphite, elemental sulphur, liquid sulphur dioxide, hydrogen sulphide, sodium bisulphite, and sulphides, and provides other processing services. This segment also manufactures and markets a variety of inorganic coagulants used in water treatment, including aluminum sulphate, and a number of specialty chemicals, including sodium nitrite. EC segment manufactures and markets sodium chlorate and chlor-alkali products including caustic soda, chlorine and HCl, largely for the pulp and paper, oil and gas and water treatment industries. The resignation of the Trustee came as a surprise to me and it is unusual...normally Trustees or members of the BOD typically wait until the next shareholder meeting and simply don't stand for re-election..

That being said in today's day and age..there could be a multitude of reasons for the resignation that have nothing to do with the operation of the company or decisions made by managment....for this reason.. i have parked any concerns and will wait for the next Q report and see what it says...



I would strongly suggest that you take a look at the Information Circular put out for the spring's AGM. You will notice that the Trustee who resigned, along with a few others, never had the required value in units to be a Trustee.
One would think that the Trustees would have been buying units with both hands to maintain compliance with the requirements to be a Trustee!
If you really want to know why a trusttee resigned, call Investor Relations.
