RE:RE:RE:explains why no inside buyingI agree, wittman, with your statement that BNK has no bargaining power. So the strategy is to wait until things get better? Even vultures know that if other vultures are circling they may want to make a bid before the feast is over. BNK has third party verified reserves[ as to carbonbull's question], therefore, some value. Obviously they are not going to get their expected true value. Sorry guys but we are in a dying industry. Take what the market gives you and move on. BNK's strategy of waiting and keeping their fingers crossed has resulted in an all time low share price of .10 cents. Think about it, Oil is howering around $50-$60, and we are hitting all time lows.
That is why we as shareholders need to know the offers that were proposed. If they were offering .15 to .20 cents a share then, yes, of course we wait. If they were offering .30 to .40 cents and BNK declined, then we have a problem. Of course management does not want to sell and lose their jobs. So for them, a case can be made in waiting and keeping them employed.
I am going to try and be as clear as possible- BNK HAS NO MONEY [ sorry for being fasitious] but I am tired of their excuses. They cannot develop the field in a TIMELY manner using declining cash flows. By the way positive cash flows, as per yesterday's news relese, only means they are covering operating expenses it does NOT mean they have money to fund capital expenditures [ like drilling multiple wells].
Sell this thing NOW!!
