Absolute disappointment. Looks like this is going to get hammered do $0.70 over the next couple months. 12.5% annualized payments on the 3 year term loan, how are they going to pay that down??? Don't even talk about dilution, this deal makes no sense, too much goodwill over a rather generic RO membrane producer. This is a salvage buy of a couple of dated factories in the EU. What is H2O management thinking???
